The small apartment house with 2 apartments is located near the waterfront and beach promenade of Georgioupolis. The sea is in sight and the village square just a few steps away.
The apartments with approx. 53 sqm living area can accommodate 5 people. One apartment is located on the ground floor while the other is on the 1st floor.
Each apartment comes with modern furnishings, has 2 rooms, a bathroom and 2 terraces or balconies with sideways limited sea view.
The open plan living room
has a seating area with sofa and armchairs, a kitchenette with dining
table and 2 single beds in the sleeping area, which is separated by
a room divider from the living area. In
the separate
bedroom there is a king size bed.

- 100 m from the village square

Taverns, cafés, supermarkets, bus stop, pharmacy and doctor's
surgery
are near the apartments.
We offer you: - Kitchenette with fridge, two-plate cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker and dishes
- Sleeping area and bedroom for 2 persons each, with satellite flat screen TV and large wall cabinet
- The sofa in the living room can be used for one more person.
- Bathroom with shower/WC and hair dryer
- Bed linen, kitchen towels and bathroom towels are available.
- Air conditioning system/heating in the living room and in the bedroom
- Internet: Wi-Fi free
- Safety deposit box
- Table and chairs for terrace or balcony
- Non-smoking apartments! Smoking permitted only on terraces/balconies.
- No pets
- We speak Greek, English and German.
Rates per night*
Early/Late season: April/May/Septemer/October: 60,00 €
High season: June/July/August: 70,00 €
*The prices refer to the whole apartment unit and
apply from a rental period of one week and up to 4 people.
The
additional person is calculated at 20,00 € per night.
Conditions:
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is due.
Note that the apartment is considered
definitely booked after the deposit is paid.
We do not offer time-shifted or staggered cancellation options.
For cancellations, the deposit won't be refunded.
We are not bookable online!
